Having worked in a corporate environment for over 20 years, Sarah, with the support of husband Martin, decided to make a new beginning by starting up their lifestyle business, MSV Country Life Ltd. Their professionalism and attention to detail learnt in the boardrooms and offices, along with their passion for the countryside and animals alike, mean that they offer peace of mind for whenever you require their services.
Alongside the Business consultancy services that Sarah offers into the Agricultural market, MSV Country Life Ltd offers land rental, grazing services, hay storage and sales and land management services. Run by people who understand, MSV Country Life Ltd are passionate and particular about your needs.
Land services
In the peaceful and tranquil setting of Cattle troughs field, Sarah and Martin offer land rental packages for acreages from 2 acres upto 6 acres when available.
This allows you the freedom of your own to graze the animals you wish to look after. Recent inhabitants have included sheep and horses but the grazing is suitable for all types of livestock subject to discussion.
With their many years of agricultural experience, Martin and Sarah can also offer land management packages alongside the land rental offerings to help you to maintain the land correctly and in the most productive manner.
Horse Livery
Located 10 mins from Addington, 20 mins from Quainton Stud and 40 mins from both Cherwell equestrian and Bury Farm, livery options are popular at MSV Countrylife Ltd. Please enquire regarding availability.
Part livery is offered on a quiet private yard with all year round turnout, 50 x 25m floodlit school, fully rubber matted stables and good hacking.
DIY livery is offered in part of a fully enclosed parcel of land close by. There is a generous area of hard standing for parking, water is connected and there are good arena facilities, available for hire, within 50m of the paddock. There is good offroad hacking within easy reach of the property.
